Ingredients
- 1 packet VIFON Instant Pho Bo Beef Rice Noodle Soup i.e. https://bit.ly/2XgwqM0
- 1 ball beef ball
i.e. Hakka Beef Balls https://bit.ly/3ejycC6 - 2 pieces lettuce or handful of baby spinach
- 1-2 pieces mushroom of your choice
Instructions
- Wash greens and place into big bowl
- Wash mushrooms and chop into bite sized slices
- Microwave frozen beef balls for 2 minutes or until hot
- Empty all sachets from the packet of VIFON Instant Pho Bo beef rice noodle into big bowl
- Slice beef balls and place these into the big bowl
- Pour boiling water over it all until it covers the noodles
- Cover bowl with plate 🍽️ and microwave for 1 minute (my microwave is weak, so I did 2 minutes)
- Voila ready to enjoy! 😋😋😋
