Ingredients

  • 1 bag VIFON Bun Rieu Cua
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 pieces lettuce or handful of leafy greens

Instructions

  • Wash tomato then chop into small bite-sized chunks
  • Place tomato into a big bowl and half cover the tomatoes with water
  • Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave it for 1-2 minutes until tomato is softened
  • Empty rice vermicelli noodles, soup base sachet, fried onion sachet, and pounded crab silver sachet into the same bowl
  • Crack the egg into the bowl 😍
  • Pour boiling water until it covers the rice vermicelli noodles
  • Cover with a plate again, then heat in the microwave for approx 2 min depending on the strength of your microwave
  • Add washed greens for extra flavour and texture
