Ingredients
- 1 bag VIFON Bun Rieu Cua
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- 2 pieces lettuce or handful of leafy greens
Instructions
- Wash tomato then chop into small bite-sized chunks
- Place tomato into a big bowl and half cover the tomatoes with water
- Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave it for 1-2 minutes until tomato is softened
- Empty rice vermicelli noodles, soup base sachet, fried onion sachet, and pounded crab silver sachet into the same bowl
- Crack the egg into the bowl 😍
- Pour boiling water until it covers the rice vermicelli noodles
- Cover with a plate again, then heat in the microwave for approx 2 min depending on the strength of your microwave
- Add washed greens for extra flavour and texture
