  • 1 packet VIFON Vegetarian Noodles (Mi Chay)
  • half carrot
  • 2 mushrooms (any sort)
  • handful spinach / lettuce / greens
  • 1 free range egg


  • Wash mushrooms, greens, and carrot
  • Chop mushrooms and carrot into slices, and break green into bite sized pieces
  • Place carrot slices into bowl and cover with water, cover with plate, and microwave for 2 minutes
  • Remove from microwave, empty all sachets from VIFON Vegetarian Noodle packet into bowl over the top of the carrot, then add the sliced mushroom, and crack the egg into the bowl
  • Pour boiling water over the top of all ingredients in the bowl, cover with plate, and microwave for 1 minute
  • Careful of the hot bowl, add greens in, stir, and your meal is ready to be enjoyed!
