Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 packet VIFON Instant Pho Bo Beef Rice Noodle Soup i.e. https://bit.ly/2XgwqM0
  • 1 ball beef ball e.g. Hakka Beef Ball with Tendon (https://bit.ly/3ejycC6)
  • 2 pieces lettuce or handful of baby spinach
  • 1-2 pieces mushroom of your choice

Instructions

  • Wash greens and place into big bowl
  • Wash mushrooms and chop into bite sized slices
  • Microwave frozen beef balls for 2 minutes or until hot
  • Empty all sachets from the packet of VIFON Instant Pho Bo beef rice noodle into big bowl
  • Slice beef balls and place these into the big bowl
  • Pour boiling water over it all until it covers the noodles
  • Cover bowl with plate 🍽️ and microwave for 1 minute (my microwave is weak, so I did 2 minutes)
  • Voila ready to enjoy! 😋😋😋
